Seed to Sausage (Sharbot Lake)

"At Seed to Sausage we make salumi. We work with local farmers as is possible, using ethically raised animals in our products. The whole animal is butchered from head to tail in our shop to make our cured meats; this includes specialty items like pancetta, guanciale, fermented salumi, and an array of deli style meats.

We strive to offer simple, good food. We source farms raising good meat and travel to them to ensure the animals are raised in a sustainable fashion. We even try to trace our sausage back to the seed that was used in the animals feed (hence the name). Everything we make is hand crafted on a small scale. We use the minimum amounts of salt and other additives as possible. This is what Seed to Sausage works towards. local.ethical.humble."
