Sugar Hill is operated by Mike and Janet Voith and their children Adam, Brian, Craig and Hilary. They supply us with fabulous certified organic grass-fed Black Angus beef.


Reinink Family Farms, operated by Hank-John and Janet Reinink, is located on the western shore of Varty Lake, 40 minutes northwest of Kingston. They produce organic eggs on the farm where Hank-John was born and raised


Quinn's is a small scale abbatoir located in Yarker, ON. supplying us with local beef and pork.


At Seed to Sausage we make salumi. We work with local farmers as is possible, using ethically raised animals in our products. The whole animal is butchered from head to tail in our shop to make our cured meats.
