Warden's Dinner - 100 KM Dinner (November 2011, 2010, 2009)
hosted by mayor Gary Davison - menu: meal for 100 people | hors d'oeuvres, roast turkey or bison, seasonal vegetables, salad, buns, apple pie or carrot cake
Kingston WritersFest (September 2011)
English Department, Queens University - menu: vegetarian buffet, served at Dr. Jolly's home
"I would like to add my own voice to the brilliant catering job you did for our international guests. We had many compliments on the food; it was delicious and abundant. South Africans are traditionally big meat eaters and everyone made a point of saying how wonderful the food was and how much they "didn't miss meat". In addition, you'll be pleased to know that NONE went to waste. We packed leftovers in bags and everyone went home with dinner!
It was a fabulous evening and I'd recommend DLG to anyone seeking such services. A big and hearty thank you!"
House Party (September 2011)
hors d'oeuvres, roast turkey dinner, with all the trimmings, pumpkin pie
"The dinner was wonderful. Thanks so much for doing all that... We'll definitely call you again for catering."

Birthday Parties at Mill Street Cafe (winter 2011)
for groups 15-50 people. Some comments we've received:
"just want to tell you how grateful we are to you and Rick, Adam and your staff for making Doug's party so special. The food got really good reviews and the restaurant worked so well as the venue; people said how warm and comfortable the atmosphere felt, like a private place. The art got good comments, too; really bright and cheerful for a party."
