Armagnac Prune Cake

Bundt cake prepared with organic prunes and brandy.  Very flavourful spice cake, sweet but not overly so.  10-12 portions (8” cake).  Armagnac glaze to garnish.  We serve with homemade ice cream in the cafe.

Ingredients:  prunes,  Armagnac, brandy, oil, sugar, eggs, yogurt, butter, lemon juice, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
